• use our online "Instant Quote" tool (this tool calculates pricing in your browser and does not send data to us unless you proceed to submit a booking);

• respond to booking and quote enquiries;
• schedule, confirm, and deliver detailing services, including sending appointment confirmations and reminders;
• process invoices and payments for services rendered;

• with your consent, use before/after photos and reviews for marketing and promotional purposes (including our website and social media); and
• improve our services and website.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We only share your personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Form and booking processing (Formspree) — to receive and manage booking/quote requests submitted through our website.
• Database and application hosting (Supabase) — to securely store booking, job, and customer records.
• Transactional email delivery (Resend) — to send appointment confirmations and related emails.
• Calendar and scheduling (Google Calendar) — to manage our appointment schedule.
• Website fonts (Google Fonts) — loading our website's fonts may result in your device's IP address being sent to Google. See Google's own privacy policy for details.

We may also disclose personal information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers listed above may store or process information on servers located outside Australia (for example, in the United States). Our website uses your browser's session storage only to temporarily remember your selections while using the Instant Quote tool, so they can be carried across to the booking form. This information is cleared automatically and is not sent to us or any third party. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies or analytics software on this website. You may ask us for access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations (for example, tax record-keeping requirements). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
